Find Basin

Is the process of D8 flow model based on using hydrological functions, depending on the catchment area and the water flow network of this basin.  Click on the process and select the location folder of terrain model and result raster data unders the Layers tab. Threshold window will be displayed during the operation.  The number of cells and the software field value of these cells are presented to you automatically for basins and sub-basins in the window. Users can change these thresholds if desired. Thus, all the details required for dry and aqueous drainage networks in the region can be displayed.

Operation result are transferred to templates in the database structure, located in the main basin, basins, sub-basins and drainage networks to nourish these catchment areas. This information can be accessed by entering the right mouse button pop-up menu on the relevant table (sub-basins, waterways, etc.). This allows drainage basin areas and related information accessible to many of the network.

All Raster and Vector data can be used for Basin Modelling.

All TIN data may be used for the basin analysis processes. Use the SYM Basin process to generated basin models using raster data. 

Harmonic Slope values can be calculated according to section numbers.

Section numbers can be modified during the harmonic slope calculation. Change the values by clicking Project Properties / Project Variables.

Click the shift button on the keyboards while finding the basins to use the work flow models (?) in the Netcad Architect page. Editing operations of work flows are automatically processed by the software to reach accurate results using the catchment area and the flow of arms that feed these areas.
