How to Prepare Process Design?

Netigma can add "Process Management" support to its executives.
In addition to the need for simple data entry, it is possible to operate a business logic.

For example, when a new application is submitted, an e-mail will be sent to the applicant.

Such definitions are made with the visual interface based on the "State Machine" technique in the "Process Manager".

Netigma can be integrated into these process definitions.

In a user-friendly interface, you can define your business processes with the ease of dragging and dropping objects. Netigma, you can monitor the progress of your objects with their talents, you can get reports such as productivity, workload. This page contains detailed information on how to design the process, Netigma-process integration and process concepts.

Let's explain some of the terms used in terminology before moving on to the Process Manager example.

  • Status: Specifies the stage in which an object in the process is located (eg, expected completion of the documents).
  • Event: Describes the actions that objects can take in the process (eg approved by the administrator).
  • Connection: Definition of the relationship between process states and events (eg the object goes from state X to state B through state A).
  • Role: Represents user authority. Process statuses are associated with the role to determine which users can view / process which records.

The Process Manager allows you to use simple events for inter-state transitions or formulas that define the components of these events.

A simple process description will be made in this document. By using these functions it is possible to define much more complicated processes.

See the Process Concepts page for more information.
